Angelina Richardson

 

Hello, I'm Angelina Richardson.

​

I started my exploration of sustainable fashion in my junior year of high school. In my vocational school, OCVTS where I graduated with a certificate in Fashion Design and Merchandising, we watched the true cost. Like many others, this documentary changed my views of the fashion industry.

 

It showed how we as consumers need to realize whom we are giving our money too or whom we will give more power too. Just like the consumers and corporations, designers are just as important. This is where I found myself. I want to create something in the world that would be helpful to the earth not just in design. Something that is apart of the solution, not pollution.

I recently finished a BFA in Fashion Design and minored in Sustainability at Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston, Massachusetts.

During your exploration of my website, you will see me working out my mistakes to create beautiful pieces of artwork. The work from 2014- 2016 is from my days in OCVTS, Fashion Merchandising, and Design program; the rest 2016-2020 is from my time in MassArt.

 

Everything throughout my fashion career has been documented in my art tab. Not only will this website contain my creations but it will also, be a work in progress, which will grow as I grow as a person.
